This company was chosen because Mr Joseph & Melody were very professionals & efficient. Prior to renovation we had an on site discussion & following which the contractor produces the layout plan for the renovation. After we have agreed to the pattern his engineer/architect draw the plan & sent for approval from the local authority. The contractor then provide detailed specifications quotation. He is very meticulous we are in the know & get our consent on every stage of work. We can also view the progress of work in the Facebook. Materials which we are required to purchase, they guide us to choose the appropriate material. Our encounter with his staff/workers give impression that they are very experienced & skillful. The renovation completed within the time frame as promised and we are satisfied (job well done).
